I was born in Miles City, Montana, but grew up in Wyoming with my mother and two siblings. Being the oldest, I learned from an early age how to care for others and be resourceful. My mom worked very hard to take care of us and no matter what she made sure I always lived by one rule: “Manners make you nice to know.” To this day that saying always makes me smile and my kids now recite it. I met my lovely wife, Soraya, in high school and we have three wonderful kids; Aidan, Ashlynn, and Aaric.
We relocated to Missouri in September of 2016 to be closer to family that lives in St Joseph and while I was initially against the move, my wife knew what was best and it’s amazing the opportunities God has opened for us here. When not at work I enjoy volunteering at church and with our various community partners, as well as coaching and participating in my kids’ extracurricular activities. I’m super competitive and love all things requiring strategic thinking and quick wits. Board game nights at our house can get quite intense!
I’ve always believed attitude is a choice and I’d like to think of myself as the most anti-negative person you could ever meet. My passion in life is to make the lives of those around me better and to radically impact my community in a positive way. I live this out through the core values of Family, Attitude, Interconnection, Trust, and Helpful. These values, combined with an innate desire to honor God with everything I do allow me to be a true Agent of Change.
I was born and raised in Wyoming and have one sister. I met Chad when I was a junior in high school and knew one day, I’d marry him! Much like him, I enjoy watching our kids complete in all their various activities. I love crafts, love (love, love) Pinterest, baking, and enjoy running. Much like Chad, I enjoy volunteering at church and working alongside our Community Connection partners. Each day I strive to live out the calling God placed on my heart to serve others: to be kind, generous, and encouraging to those around me.
We relocated to Missouri in 2016 to be closer to family. At the time, we weren’t sure of God’s plans for us, but truly felt He was calling us to something bigger than we could ever dream. God began to reveal His plans over the course of two years and reminded us of what we could accomplish and how we could impact our community if we obeyed and left corporate America. We began stepping out in faith, believing what God was speaking to us which ultimately lead to Juarez Insurance Agency being opened.
We truly believe in building relationships and look forward to working alongside you to find the right fit for your insurance needs.
I was born on Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha Nebraska, where my Father was stationed. My dad, mom, sister and I moved around quite a bit but settled down when I got to 5th grade in St. Joseph, Missouri. I graduated from Central High School and went to college at Northwest Missouri State University. In 1996, I married the man of my dreams and soon moved to Aurora, Colorado where my husband took on a position as a police officer with the Aurora Police Department and we had three wonderful children; Katie, Aidan, and Hannah. We moved back to the Kansas City Area in 2015 to be closer to family and to raise our kids in the Lee’s Summit School District. I have always been an active volunteer at church with youths and children, but have taken a few years off to focus on raising my family.
I love game nights, music and crafts. I am an active Pinterest fanatic and have more projects pinned than I could ever actually do. I am the sports fan of the family and manage my fantasy football team like it is my job! Above all, I love spending time with my family, doing crazy quirky things and enjoying every minute I have with them before they fly off and become adults.
Moving taught me to value of family and loving people, my life as a police officer’s wife has taught me the value of life, and being active in my church has taught me the power of faith and boundless love.
I believe faith is something you know, but it should be something others can feel, see and touch in everything you do. I look forward to getting to know you and having you be a part of my family.
I was born in Kansas City, Kansas and raised in Holden, Missouri. I was the youngest of 3 children in a blended family. My mom and dad met when I was two years old and I couldn’t ask for better parents to raise me, my brother and my sister. We traveled a lot throughout the years. We would go camping, canoeing, boating, and travel from state to state. My parents worked very hard to make sure that my siblings and I had a good childhood. Some people might say that we were spoiled and I would agree, we were spoiled with love and kindness. Just like any other family, we had tough times too. Both of my parents were small business owners and that taught me a lot about business and how to be successful. Over the years I have learned no matter what you do in life, do it with integrity even when no one is looking.
My family and I have lived in Lee’s Summit since March 2016. I enjoy spending time with my children, family, and friends. We are a very active family. I love to take my children places so they can have similar experiences and memories just like I did as a child.
I have been in the insurance industry with Farmers since April 2015. I have a huge passion for educating families on the importance of insurance and understanding the amount of insurance needed. I love meeting new people and lending a hand wherever help is needed.
I was born in a small town near Wichita, Kansas and raised in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. My mom and dad are both very hard workers and engrained this in me. I remember from a very young age having a strong intuition and desire to make the world a better place by helping others. As an adult my family and I lived in Shawnee, KS for about 10 years where I stayed home with my 5 amazing kiddos: Samantha, Noelle, Gabe, Lucy and Lilly. We made a couple stops in between and, in the fall of 2019, landed back in my hometown of Lee’s Summit. I truly love this town and supporting the small businesses within it.
I spent a lot of years really struggling with depression. Through these struggles I have come out much stronger with a deep love and passion for supporting mothers. My family and I love to go on walks, play board games, go on nature hikes and have Friday movie nights! I also truly love and value my alone time and enjoy reading, doing yoga, going for walks, water coloring, embroidering and working on my college classes. Taking good care of my mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health are my top priorities because it empowers me to take better care of my children and be present with them.
I have worked in insurance off and on over the years, most recently with a local agency as their Home & Auto Account Manager. As I was praying to know which direction God wanted me to go with my career, I came across the Juarez Agency and immediately was impressed with their compassion and drive to serve God and their community. I love helping people learn the importance of being properly insured and guiding them in making the best choices for their family. I also love being able to support people when they need it. I truly believe that if we are prepared and feel supported, we won’t be afraid.
I will leave you with one of my favorite quotes, “I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.” ~Mother Theresa
